I was a little skeptical if this would work but have several skin tags, a few in compromising places that would be embarrassing to have removed by a doctor, so I thought I'd give it a shot. With the money back guarantee I had nothing to lose, and I'm so glad I took the chance! When I used it on a hemangioma I didn't think it had worked as it didn't come off right away like a smaller skin tag did. I also used it on a fairly large skin tag and thought the same thing, that maybe it would take another try to get those. But within a week both scabbed and fell off completely and after a little redness for a few days, you can't even tell either one was ever there! The one in particular has made me self conscious for years as it has gotten bigger, I can't tell you how happy I am to have that gone and to have been able to do it myself without an embarrassing trip to the doctor. Bought it thinking it might be a scam and was very pleased with the purchase. It has definitely removed some of my moles already. I'm using it on the lowest level and slowly removing them so there isn't any scaring. So far everything is working as promised.

Bought this item because of a skin tag on my left eyelid. I tried several skin tag remover products that were ineffective. They also had a tendency to burn my eye when working out or sweating in the hot sun. After only 2 treatments with the Tommy Timmy the tag dried up and eventually fell off. So glad that annoying tag is no longer staring right back at me when I look in the mirror. Besides the skin tag on the eyelid, I have also removed 4 decent sized moles from under my arm. It does sting a bit and you do have to make more than one treatment but it DOES work as advertised. I've saved myself a lot of time and money by skipping the dermatologist and treating these spots from home. Overall, I am very satisfied!

As a woman of colour I love it. I had always been told, "no" women of colour can't use things like this. But I found it to be great. After taking a shower, I removed skin tags off my neck area, from my forehead, from my face then I wiped each one with alcohol pad and administered triple antibiotic cream to the area. In two to three days area covered with a scab which I continued to use the triple antibiotic cream on until the scab fell off on its own. I didn't pick at the scab to try to make it fall off. Just let it happen naturally that way it leave not a scar but a tiny little fade that you really can't see unless you're looking for it. Now, let me tell you when I first started I used lowest set 1 then I progressed to 2 cause my pain thatch hold is very low. And use the correct needle is important most of my removals was done with the skinny needle. Timmy Tommy got the job done.

I have to admit, I did not have any real expectations for this device, as a lot of these things you find on the internet are pure frauds. That being said, I bought one anyway due to the cost being reasonable. Turns out, this thing really works! It seems to use a tiny direct electrical charge to burn the moles, which then scab over, & in time, fall off leaving no scar & no moles! If you can handle the slight stinging sensation (I used it on full power to expedite the removals), and the smell of burning hair, this will do exactly what it says it will. I am pleasantly surprised!!! I've removed/am in the process of removing, 25 so far, then am going to try it on skin tags. I'm sure it will work just as well on those!!

Before receiving this product I was a bit sceptical. But, after opening the package and reading the instructions, I charged it and later that evening I put it to use. I started with a small skin tag and within a couple of minutes it was gone. Then I did another, then another. Before I knew it, I had removed about eight skin tags. A word of caution, this product worked great and I got carried away. I woke up the next morning looking like I had a case of smallpox. I would recommend this product to anyone. I love it.

I am happy to say that this really works. I was confused about the needle removers and can't seem to get those into the blaster, but the screw in tip works fine. I have gotten rid of one tag and am working on three other moles. Hurts a little, but tolerable.

I LOVE this product! Worked great to remove 2 age spots on my face and one mole on my neck. I think the instructions could be improved to tell the "secret" to making this product work. I wrote the comment below in response to a negative review that stated that the Tommy Timmy didn't work for them:
"You're not meant to touch the needle directly to your skin. It doesn't say this anywhere in the instructions. You must let the needle hover about 1/8" above the mole (or whatever you're trying to remove) and you will see that an arc is created between the skin and the needle. It' a fine point of electricity (?) that simply burns off the first few layers of skin precisely where you create the arc. Then, wipe the char away and let the spot you treated heal for a couple of days. You will see pink new skin where you removed the spot from. Give it a couple days and it will flake off just as a scab would, and the skin beneath will be fresh and new, instead of darkly pigmented from a mole. It works great if you don't touch the needle head directly on your skin. The needle must be held just above the spot you want to remove so that it can create an arc (and yes, you will smell burning skin). I never used any gel or anything, but I've removed 2 age spots on my face and one mole on my neck (I use the highest power cuz that's how I roll). The spots are completely gone and the little pink skin that is underneath where the mole used to be will heal and blend right in with the rest of your skin. There wasn't anything in the instructions that said not to touch the needle head directly to skin. Maybe try it again but with a very small gap between skin and needle. It WILL arc and it WILL take off the dark top layers of skin and reveal beautiful new skin beneath."

It works exactly as advertised! It takes just a little bit of practice to get used to putting the tip close to, but not touching the skin abnormality that you're trying to remove. It works similar to the dermatological hydrogen freezing method, only this unit uses catalytic heat precisely directed to the skin abnormality. Ideally it would be better to have an assistant help with the process. I'm a satisfied customer.

I had a large skin tag on the side of my neck. It would have cost $125 to have it removed! This tool worked perfectly!! It takes a little getting used to, but is basically painless and works very fast.
It is a bit difficult as a one handed operation. I have some skin tags to remove under my arm so I haven't figured out how to do that yet, or who I can ask to help that can handle this very personal request!
